This page, and a plainer privacy notice

  • Efflow keeps a public changelog now. Notable changes land here, newest first.
  • The privacy notice was understating things. It now names all four cookies the app sets — one for your session, three for your theme, accent colour and language — and says exactly what the public pages measure: page views and the site that referred them, with no cookie and nothing tied to your account. Nothing inside the app is measured.
  • General enquiries go to hello@efflow.app. Account, billing and privacy requests stay at support@efflow.app.

One shape for every choice

  • The fully rounded pill is gone from the controls that pick between options — due date, estimate, checklist style, event durations, the weekday picker. They now use the same rounded rectangle the planner and settings already used.
  • Subtasks in the task dialog behave like the checklist in the event dialog: Enter moves to the next row, Backspace on an emptied row removes it, and text left in the add field is kept when you save instead of being dropped.

Timers fill the page, and support moved inside the app

  • One row per timer, the full width of the page, with today, this week and this month as columns and a seven-day sparkline. It replaces a grid of small cards that stayed the same size however wide the window was.
  • Support Efflow is reachable from the account menu.
  • Two defects a measurement pass caught in the light theme: a column label below the AA contrast bar, and a Stop button under the 44px touch minimum on a phone. Both fixed.

Turn off the parts you do not use, and clearer habits

  • Settings → Features: tasks, habits, timers and notes can each be switched off, and what you switch off leaves the navigation too.
  • A habit day can be marked as not done, not only as done. The long window is 60 days, and every row shows its own percentage.

English, Romanian and Russian

  • The app, the landing page and the legal documents are translated. Cyrillic has its own typeface, so a Russian sentence sits at the same weight and rhythm as an English one. The English legal text governs.
