The service

Efflow is a personal planning app: a timeline, a planner, tasks, notes and timers, for one person per account. Accounts are individual — they are not shared workspaces, and there is no collaboration between accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the content you put into your account. Don’t use Efflow to store anything unlawful, and don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Plans and billing

• Free accounts stay free. Every new account also gets 14 days of Pro, with no card and no automatic charge — when it ends, the account simply continues on Free.
• Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on the plans page before you pay. Payments are sold and processed by Polar, our merchant of record, so Polar is the seller on your receipt and the name that appears on your card statement.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the account moves to Free. Cancelling never deletes anything you made — content over a Free limit stays visible and editable, you just can’t create more of that kind until you’re under the limit or back on Pro.

Refunds

If Pro isn’t what you expected, email support@efflow.app within 14 days of a charge and it will be refunded in full, no reason needed. Outside that window, a partial refund can be requested for a yearly plan that has just renewed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Polar.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings → Account. Deletion cancels any live subscription and removes your content from the database. It cannot be undone, and it is not the same as cancelling — if you only want to stop paying, cancel instead.

Availability and changes

Efflow is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you will be told before your next renewal and can cancel for a refund of the unused period. These terms may be updated — the date above shows when.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim relating to Efflow is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Efflow is a planning tool, not a backup service or a system of record: keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.
